As a Global Capability Planning Principal, you will play a strategic role in shaping and executing a global workforce strategy across product and enterprise technology organizations. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable, multi-year workforce and transition plans. Through strategic analysis, workforce modeling, and financial forecasting, you will help guide critical decisions around hiring, capacity, costs, and operational efficiency. You will coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution across global operations. Leveraging AI and emerging technologies, you will enhance planning processes, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
