Director, Recruitment & Admissions

As Director of Recruitment & Admissions, you will shape and lead the digital strategy behind a national recruitment and enrollment operation focused on expanding access to technology education. You will oversee the entire applicant journey, from initial digital engagement and marketing campaigns to application processing, candidate support, and enrollment. Leading a multidisciplinary team across content, web, and applicant support, you will build scalable processes that improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion rates. You will drive paid media performance, website optimization, content governance, and the adoption of innovative technologies, including AI-powered solutions. Working closely with marketing, IT, campus leadership, and external partners, you will ensure a consistent and accessible applicant experience nationwide.
