As a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organizations identify, attract, and secure qualified temporary and contract talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, suppliers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective workforce solutions aligned with business needs. In this client-facing role, you will combine recruitment expertise, workforce management, and consultative problem-solving. You will oversee staffing requests from initial requirements gathering through candidate selection and placement. You will also contribute to supplier performance, cost optimization, and service delivery improvements.
