Compensation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Compensation Consultant based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to design and implement scalable compensation programs within a growing, complex national organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Compensation, you will operate as a senior individual contributor, independently leading strategic initiatives from initial discovery through implementation. Your work will shape career paths, job architecture, leveling frameworks, salary structures, and national pay practices. You will translate complex and sometimes loosely defined business challenges into practical, sustainable compensation solutions. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, you will facilitate decisions, align stakeholders, and support consistent compensation practices across the organization.
