BPO Sales Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a BPO Sales Director based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial BPO Sales Director to drive new client acquisition and accelerate business growth. In this fully remote, U.S.-based role, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospective clients to negotiating and closing new business. You will develop effective prospecting strategies, build a strong sales pipeline, and establish lasting client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to shape and build a sales operation from the ground up. You will play a key role in creating scalable sales processes and identifying opportunities for long-term account growth. As the business expands, there is also potential to take on a leadership role and build a sales team.
