Assistant General Counsel

As Assistant General Counsel, you will provide strategic and practical legal guidance across a wide range of matters within a globally operating organization. You will serve as the primary legal advisor on domestic labor and employment matters, helping ensure compliance and support effective workforce management. Working closely with the Deputy General Counsel, Human Resources, internal stakeholders, and external legal partners, you will address complex employment issues and manage legal risks. Your work will span employment policies, workplace investigations, litigation, contracts, and regulatory developments. You will also contribute to compliance initiatives and training that strengthen organizational practices.
