Our partner is looking for an AI Transformation & Operational Efficiency Manager based in the United States. As an AI Transformation & Operational Efficiency Manager, you will lead the identification, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve business processes across multiple organizational functions. You will play a key role in advancing an enterprise-wide AI strategy, initially focusing on Accounting and Finance before expanding into other departments. Working closely with business leaders, you will assess existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate operational challenges into actionable technology initiatives. You will oversee projects from initial discovery and business case development through vendor selection, implementation, and adoption. This is a hands-on, business-oriented leadership role combining project management, operational transformation, and AI innovation.
