Agile Scrum Master

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agile Scrum Master based in the United States. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving successful software delivery for a major government transportation management program. You will coach and support multiple Agile teams, applying Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies to improve collaboration, productivity, and delivery outcomes. Working closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, business analysts, and technical stakeholders, you will facilitate planning, development, testing, and deployment activities. You will help teams overcome obstacles, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment with program objectives. The role combines hands-on Agile facilitation with team leadership, continuous improvement, and delivery oversight.
