About the Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing & Marketing Operations Manager to drive paid media performance and manage the marketing systems that support our growth. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you'll own campaign execution, budget optimization, and HubSpot operations, helping us reach AI research labs and enterprise AI teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning marketing strategies into measurable pipeline, improving processes, and using data to make smarter decisions.
