Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com - Act as the primary CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) lead and interface with engineering partners. - Manage and approve CSA design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated design and construction approach. - Participate in 3D model reviews and ensure appropriate CSA design inputs. - Incorporate EHS&S requirements into design, construction, commissioning, and operational planning. - Support contractor procurement activities, including RFP reviews, bidder evaluations, and contract recommendations. - Lead CSA design transition into detailed design and construction, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer. - Oversee site execution of CSA works, ensuring alignment with approved designs, quality standards, and project schedules. - Review and approve mock-ups, fabrication activities, and project turnover documentation. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale capital projects. - Proven CSA leadership experience on major greenfield projects, preferably within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing environments. - Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and engineering consultants. - Strong understanding of design management, construction execution, and regulatory compliance. - Willingness to travel internationally and relocate for extended project assignments as required.
