Senior Travel Consultant ERM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant ERM based in Brazil. As a Senior Travel Consultant ERM, you will manage complex travel requests and provide expert travel support to business customers in a global, multi-regional environment. You will serve as a key point of contact, delivering personalized travel consultation and ensuring that travel arrangements are handled accurately and efficiently. Drawing on your experience in crew, marine, offshore, or ERM travel, you will coordinate movements, manage disruptions, and anticipate customer needs. You will also support operational quality, identify opportunities to improve processes, and contribute to a positive customer experience. In addition to managing your own workload, you will guide colleagues, share knowledge, and provide coaching when team leadership is unavailable.
