SAP Support Manager – Warehouse Management (WM)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an SAP Support Manager – Warehouse Management (WM) based in Canada. As an SAP Support Manager, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of SAP Warehouse Management application support in a complex, business-critical IT environment. You will oversee Level 2 and Level 3 support operations, ensuring system stability, service quality, and timely resolution of production issues. Working closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance on SAP WM processes and integrations. You will also manage support teams, monitor service performance, and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and warehouse productivity. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology operations while contributing to SAP modernization, migration, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
