Production Support Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Production Support Engineer based in India. We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting enterprise SaaS applications in a growing AI-powered technology environment. In this role, you will take ownership of escalated production issues, analyze logs and traces, reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and implement safe, low-risk code fixes. You will work closely with Technical Support, Engineering, Product, and on-call teams to ensure efficient incident management and reliable platform performance. The position combines hands-on software engineering, production debugging, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement of support processes. You will also contribute to developing diagnostic tools, automating workflows, and strengthening technical documentation. This fully remote opportunity offers exposure to modern cloud infrastructure, real-time audio technologies, and AI-driven enterprise products, with participation in the on-call rotation after the initial 60 days.
