Marine Senior Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Marine Senior Travel Consultant to manage complex travel arrangements for marine, offshore, and crew-based business customers. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact, handling incoming requests across multiple communication channels while delivering accurate, efficient, and personalized travel solutions. You will coordinate crew movements, rotations, and travel disruptions within a fast-paced, global operating environment. Beyond managing individual requests, you will anticipate customer needs, provide expert travel advice, and identify opportunities to improve service quality. You will also support colleagues by sharing operational knowledge, providing guidance on procedures, and contributing to team projects and quality management.
