About the role
Lead GenerationCRMHVAC
Leadhub is a digital marketing agency focused on growing home service and trades businesses. We're looking for a Meta Paid Manager to own Facebook and Instagram advertising across a portfolio of HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and garage door clients. Your job is to turn ad spend into booked jobs, and you'll be measured on the leads and revenue your accounts produce. You'll spend your days inside Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Business Manager, building campaigns, reading the data, and making the calls that move results. Our creative team produces the video and design work, and you tell them what to make next based on what your testing shows. This is an in-office role in San Antonio, because sitting with the creative and media teams keeps briefs tight and turnaround fast. If you want to own Meta performance for real accounts, be judged on results, and go deep on one platform instead of spreading thin across five, this role is built for you.
Key Performance Indicators
- Hit CPM, CPA, and ROAS targets across all assigned Meta accounts.
- Maintain budget pacing accuracy on every assigned account each month.
- Keep Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and offline conversion tracking accurate and verified across all accounts
- Run a steady creative testing cadence and deliver clear, data-backed creative briefs to the creative team on schedule.
- Deliver clean, accurate performance reports to account executives on time.
- Flag performance issues early and escalate with supporting data.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages Meta advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger end-to-end for a portfolio of home service clients.
- Monitors account performance daily and makes optimization calls on bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative within established processes.
- Builds and QAs new campaigns, ad sets, and ads according to Leadhub's account structure standards. Accuracy at build is non-negotiable.
- Structures campaigns for local lead generation, including Lead Ads with instant forms, Advantage+ campaigns, and service area geo-targeting.
- Manages audience strategy including Advantage+ audience, lookalikes, custom audiences built from client CRM lists, and retargeting.
- Sets up and QAs Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom conversions, and offline conversion uploads, and works with the team to protect data integrity across accounts.
- Tracks and manages budget pacing across all assigned accounts, flagging variances to the Media Director before they become problems.
- Owns the creative testing roadmap, deciding which hooks, formats, and angles to test and reading results to decide what scales and what gets cut.
- Writes ad copy variations and creative briefs for the creative team based on what testing shows, including job site, before and after, and seasonal angles that fit each trade.
- Reviews lead quality with account executives and adjusts targeting, forms, and qualifying questions when leads aren't turning into booked jobs.
- Keeps accounts within Meta ad policies and resolves disapprovals, rejected ads, and account restrictions quickly
- Pulls and prepares performance reports for account executives to present to clients. Data needs to be clean, accurate, and ready to use.
- Documents campaign changes, tests, and results consistently so account history is always current and accessible
- Stays current on Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and policy shifts.
- Uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to support daily work, including drafting ad copy variations, outlining creative briefs, and summarizing performance data. AI supports the work, it does not replace the judgment behind it.
- Escalates strategic questions, budget decisions, and performance anomalies to the Media Director with supporting data and a clear description of the issue.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns with direct ownership of results, not just posting organic content.
- Expert working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Business Manager.
- Proven experience running lead generation campaigns on Meta, including Lead Ads, instant forms, and conversion campaigns that drive calls and form fills.
- Strong command of paid media metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, frequency, and conversion rate.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom conversions, and attribution settings.
- Experience managing monthly budgets across multiple client accounts at the same time.
- Close attention to detail. You catch your own mistakes before anyone else does.
- You make decisions from data and can explain why a campaign moved, not just that it moved.
- Comfortable working within established processes and account structures. You follow the system and flag it when the system needs updating.
- A sharp eye for what performs. You know the difference between an ad that looks nice and an ad that books jobs
- Able to manage a high volume of accounts without losing accuracy.
- Actively uses AI tools in your day-to-day work and understands where they help and where they need to be checked.
- Willing to work in-office in San Antonio.
- Meta Blueprint certification required or in progress (Meta Certified Media Buying Professional preferred)
- Experience in home services, trades, or local service advertising is a plus.
- Video editing capabilities are a plus.
