Phlebotomist Team Lead

Getlabs’ mission is to save lives by expanding access to diagnostics for everyone. About the Role We are seeking a full-time Team Leader to join our fast-growing team. In this hands-on role, lead a team of phlebotomists across different regions day to day, supporting the Field Supervisor and Operations Manager in your market. You will use Leader Standard Work (LSW) a simple, repeatable routine of daily check-ins, quick huddles, and follow-ups to keep the team on track, catch problems early, and make sure every patient has a great experience. This is a great fit for an experienced front-line healthcare worker, who is ready to grow into leadership.
