About the role

Product Marketing
About BrightAI BrightAI is the physical AI company for the world's essential services. Water, power, oil and gas and industrial operators run aging assets with stretched crews and periodic inspections that miss problems as they develop. BrightAI helps them see the condition of their assets, understand what it means and act before problems reach the people who depend on them. Stateful devices and existing telemetry capture what's happening in the field. Foundation models predict failures and guide people, control systems and robots, and field outcomes help improve the models. The Stateful platform operates across 50,000+ operational locations. The aim is reliable, safe infrastructure and safer crews. The Role BrightAI sells to the people who keep essential infrastructure running: operations leaders, reliability and field teams, and executives weighing risk against capital. Their buying decisions are complex, with several stakeholders, technical review and real consequences if something goes wrong. As Product Marketing Lead, you'll own how BrightAI explains itself. You'll set positioning and messaging for the company, products and use cases, then write much of what carries it: web pages, sales materials, case studies and editorial content. It's a hands-on writing role with strategic ownership, done in close partnership with growth and design. Responsibilities - Own company, product and use-case positioning and messaging, and keep an approved source of truth that sales, growth and design can work from. - Interview customers, prospects and field-facing colleagues, and turn sales feedback and competitive alternatives into sharper messaging. - Translate a technical system of sensors, software and AI into clear value for operators and executives, without overstating what it does. - Write and maintain website and use-case pages, sales decks and one-pagers, with search and discoverability built into the work. - Produce customer case studies using approved, verifiable proof. - Run the editorial calendar for articles, newsletters and social posts, including interviews with internal subject matter experts. - Plan launches and sales enablement, and set editorial priorities with growth for distribution and design for visual delivery. Skills And Expertise - A strong writer who ships finished work, with examples that went live and got used. - Prior ownership of positioning and messaging for a technical product sold to enterprise or industrial buyers. - The ability to learn hardware, software and AI products well enough to explain them accurately to non-technical decision makers. - Experience running customer and prospect interviews and turning what you hear into usable messaging. - Practical use of AI tools for research synthesis and content reuse, with verified claims and meaningful human editing. - Sound judgment about what matters most when there's more to write than time allows. Bonus Points - Experience in utilities, water, energy, industrial operations or field services. - Background marketing IoT, sensor or other physical-world products. - Sales enablement experience for long, multi-stakeholder sales.
