About the role

About us Learning Ladders ABA provides one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy for children with autism across Virginia. We're looking for an energetic, caring RBT to join our team in the Fluvanna / Charlottesville area. The role You'll work one-on-one with a child in the family's home, following a treatment plan written by a BCBA. You'll help build communication, social and daily-living skills, record session data, and work closely with the family and your BCBA to celebrate progress. Schedule (25 hours/week) - Monday - Friday: 6:00 - 7:30 PM - Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:45 PM - Consistent schedule with the same child What we're looking for - Active RBT certification (or close to finishing it) - High energy, patient and playful - Reliable transportation in the Fluvanna / Charlottesville area - Dependable and able to commit to evenings and weekends - Able to pass a background check What we offer - Competitive pay - Ongoing BCBA supervision and support - A steady 25-hour caseload close to home Apply today, and we'll reach out to set up a quick call!
