Your mission, should you choose to accept this suspiciously wholesome assignment: help him grow, learn, build skills, and absolutely demolish some personal milestones. 📍 LOCATION & SCHEDULE - West Babylon, NY 11704 (yes, an actual place you can drive to) - Part-time, after-school hours - Predictable schedule, because your calendar deserves stability even if your group chats don't 🧩 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Implement ABA strategies and behavior plans like the thoughtful, trained professional you are. - Help an awesome kid build communication, independence, social, and everyday living skills. - Use positive reinforcement, encouragement, and patience like they're going out of style. - Celebrate progress, including the tiny victories that deserve a parade, a trophy, and possibly a very enthusiastic internal monologue. - Communicate clearly with the team and show up reliably.
