CRM Associate

Betr has one million paying users and is one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.     Betr is also the world's most followed real money gaming brand on social media.      About the role: Betr is looking for a highly motivated CRM Associate to join our team and help drive customer engagement across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM & Optimization, and collaborating alongside another CRM Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating impactful customer journeys, executing lifecycle campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive strategic improvements.  You will work across our exciting product verticals, including Picks (DFS), Arcade, Social Sportsbook, Social Casino, Rips, and upcoming launches as we continue to expand! If you’re detail-oriented, passionate about gaming and sports culture, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! This role is based in Miami, Florida. You must be based in this area or be willing to relocate to be considered for this position. It will require scheduling flexibility, including working nights, holidays, and weekends when necessary (especially during peak sports schedules).
