Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships based in Brazil. This is an opportunity to build and lead a global creator marketing and brand partnerships function from the ground up within a fast-growing, technology-enabled hospitality business. You will shape how distinctive short-term rental experiences reach new audiences through trusted creators, influential personalities, and strategic brand collaborations. With a dedicated budget from day one and direct access to senior growth leadership, you will have the autonomy to move quickly, negotiate meaningful deals, and develop partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes. Beyond increasing brand awareness, your work will help drive bookings, attract new homeowners, and support expansion into new markets. This role is ideal for a commercially minded relationship-builder who combines strong industry connections with excellent judgment, creativity, and analytical thinking. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of the entire partnerships function in a fully remote, international environment.
