HR Business Partner (North)

The HR Business Partner (North) is responsible for partnering with managers across the North to translate HR strategy and policy into effective operational practice. The role acts as a trusted sparring partner and adviser to managers, providing practical and commercially focused guidance on performance, absence management, talent, organisational development and employment matters. Working as the bridge between day-to-day HR implementation and longer-term people strategy, the HR Business Partner will use workforce data and organisational insight to identify trends, anticipate people requirements and support effective workforce planning. The role will also lead and contribute to HR projects designed to improve organisational capability, employee performance and the overall employee experience. Covering the North sites with 1 day a week minimum in the Newark office.
