As a Renewal Quote Specialist, you will be tasked with building, revising, and amending accurate, policy-compliant renewal quotes in Salesforce for the Velocity segment. Part of the Global Renewals team within Customer Experience, you will work from the renewal queue in a high-volume, process-driven environment, reconciling account data, aligning quotes to approved renewal terms, and routing them for approval where required. Your work ensures customers and channel partners receive timely, accurate quotes. What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include: - Build and revise renewal quotes in Salesforce from renewal opportunities in the Velocity queue. - Review, edit, and maintain the accuracy of system-generated renewal quotes in Salesforce, correcting discrepancies in product usage, pricing, or terms before they move forward. - Process amendments and related transaction requests submitted by Sales Representatives, including upsells, downgrades, product and SKU changes, multiyear term changes, and merges. - Reconcile account and subscription data (SKUs, quantities, terms, and co-term dates) before quoting, using Salesforce reports. - Apply current pricing, discounting, and renewal policies to every quote. - Submit quotes through internal approval workflows when thresholds are exceeded, and follow up to keep them moving. - Prepare quotes for distributor and VAR renewals, including partner-specific requirements. - Monitor and manage the quoting queue, prioritizing requests to meet agreed service-level agreements. - Identify and flag data discrepancies, such as account hierarchy, partner assignment, and missing or mismatched subscription data, and work with the appropriate parties to resolve them. - Meet daily and weekly quote production, turnaround, and accuracy targets. - Keep opportunity and quote records clean and up to date. - Work primarily with internal stakeholders across Renewals, Deal Desk, Partner Ops, and Renewal Operations. What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? Ideal candidates will have: - 1 to 3 years of experience in renewals operations, sales operations, quote or order desk, sales support, or a comparable data-intensive role. - Working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud or CPQ). - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume work. - Clear written English for internal communication. - Comfort working to daily throughput targets and SLAs. - Hands-on experience building quotes in Salesforce is preferred. - Experience processing renewal amendments or quote revisions is preferred. - Experience with channel or partner-driven renewals (distributors and VARs) is preferred. - Experience in SaaS or subscription renewals is preferred. - Familiarity with approval workflows and discount governance is preferred. - Experience with quote automation tools, or a willingness to learn them, is preferred.
