Job Summary Aprio is seeking a Manager to join our accounting advisory team within the office of the CFO practice, leading technical accounting and SEC financial reporting engagements for public registrants, IPO-track companies, and private equity-backed businesses.  In this role, you will serve as a primary advisor to controllers, CAO's, and CFO;s- guiding clients through complex U.S. GAAP questions and high stakes SEC reporting deliverables with precision and accountability.  You will own engagements end to end, from scoping and staffing trough client delivery, while developing team members & contributing to practice growth.
