Strategic Finance & M&A Manager

We are seeking a finance professional to lead financial integration and performance management across a growing portfolio of acquired businesses. In this role, you will connect acquisition due diligence, financial planning, integration execution, and post-acquisition reporting to help maximize the value of strategic investments. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, Data & Analytics, Operations, and external advisors to ensure seamless financial transitions following acquisitions. Your work will include validating financial assumptions, identifying synergies, monitoring acquisition performance, and supporting executive decision-making. You will also help build scalable integration frameworks and improve financial processes as acquisition activity expands.
