Sales Leader- Greater Idaho Sales Territory

Our partner is looking for a Sales Leader – Greater Idaho Sales Territory based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced sales and business leader to drive growth and strengthen performance across a diverse insurance and financial services territory in southern Idaho. In this role, you will work closely with independent contractor agents to identify market opportunities, improve business results, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will provide strategic coaching, support business development, and help agents adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions. You will also play a key role in recruiting and developing entrepreneurial talent while building strong relationships with field leaders and business partners. The territory includes established agencies across Boise, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Twin Falls, and surrounding communities. This remote leadership opportunity combines market strategy, relationship management, and team development, with periodic travel throughout the territory.
