RCM Projects Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an RCM Projects Coordinator based in the United States. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations within the healthcare sector. In this role, you will coordinate hospice room and board invoice processing, validate billing information, and help ensure accurate reimbursement and timely payments. You will collaborate with healthcare facilities and cross-functional teams across billing, accounting, operations, and information technology to resolve discrepancies and maintain reliable financial records. You will also track outstanding items, analyze reporting data, and identify opportunities to improve workflows. This remote position offers a hands-on opportunity to combine financial coordination, problem-solving, and process improvement in a mission-driven healthcare environment. Candidates must have hospice RCM experience and be available to work Eastern Time business hours.
