Principal Engineer- Civil

As a Principal Engineer – Civil, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for civil engineering projects that support the development of renewable energy infrastructure. You will oversee the design and delivery of complex engineering solutions, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and erosion control. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate with hydrology, geotechnical, and structural specialists to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant project designs. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding projects from early engineering and permitting through construction support. In addition to hands-on engineering work, you will mentor engineers and designers, review technical deliverables, and establish high standards for quality and performance.
