Portfolio Manager, Federal

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the delivery, financial performance, customer relationships, and strategic growth of a portfolio of federal government programs and contracts. In this leadership role, you will oversee program and project managers, guide technical delivery teams, and serve as a trusted partner to senior government stakeholders. You will balance hands-on customer delivery with portfolio oversight, personnel development, contract compliance, and business development. Working across delivery, finance, contracts, recruiting, and HR, you will ensure programs meet contractual commitments while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and operational performance. You will also identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, strengthen delivery capabilities, and develop high-performing teams.
