National Community Engagement Director

We are seeking a mission-driven, strategic leader to build and scale community engagement initiatives across the country. In this senior leadership role, you will shape national engagement strategy, strengthen community partnerships, and develop a thriving network of volunteers and local chapters. You will oversee the full engagement lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to retention, leadership development, and grassroots mobilization. Working across teams and regions, you will establish scalable systems that support consistent execution and measurable impact.
