Manager of UX Research

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager of UX Research based in Canada. As Manager of UX Research, you will shape how users’ needs, behaviors, and experiences inform product strategy across a complex B2B SaaS platform. Combining hands-on qualitative and quantitative research with people leadership, you will guide a research team while establishing scalable, user-centered practices. You will define meaningful UX metrics, leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research synthesis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders, you will influence roadmaps and improve product usability. You will also empower cross-functional teams to conduct effective research through clear processes, training, and practical resources.
