Engineering Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager based in Brazil. Lead a cross-functional engineering team building technology that powers modern delivery and logistics operations. In this role, you will manage a team of four to seven engineers, taking ownership of people development, hiring, delivery, and engineering processes. You will partner closely with product management to balance roadmap priorities, technical health, and reliable execution. A key focus will be advancing AI-powered, agentic software development practices while maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and production reliability. You will use meaningful delivery and quality metrics to identify bottlenecks, guide coaching, and continuously improve team performance.
