Director of Quality Assurance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance based in the United States. The Director of Quality Assurance will lead the evolution of quality engineering across a multi-tenant SaaS platform in a regulated healthcare environment. This strategic leadership role focuses on integrating AI-driven testing into the software development lifecycle while maintaining reliability, security, and regulatory compliance. You will scale modern test automation, optimize quality delivery, and support multiple product launches and continuous feature releases in parallel. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Security, DevOps, and Compliance, you will establish measurable quality standards that accelerate delivery without compromising customer trust. You will also lead a geographically distributed organization of in-house engineers and external vendor teams across multiple time zones.
