What to do: We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical & Solutions Support Expert who can independently deliver high-quality solutions across the Sales and Customer Insights Journeys modules. You’ll work on complex customizations, integrations and continuous improvement of our CRM organizations with exposure to financial industry use cases. - Provide Operational Support (Incident and Problem Management) and Change Management for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys. - Perform CRM customizations and develop custom web resources (JS, HTML) and plugins. - Enhance and maintain integrations (SSIS integration packages, Cloud Flows). - Work on Power BI paginated reports - Contribute to agile delivery using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices. - Explore new release wave features, including Copilot, and proactively propose improvements. - Diagnose and reverse-engineer existing logic to deliver stable and scalable solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs. - May act as the bridge between business stakeholders, other IT teams and/or vendor(s) - Ensure follow-up on internal governance, service management, strategic planning, and delivery coordination.
