The role Our Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and handling day-to-day Helpdesk operations, whilst executing routine client implementations and configurations. The Technical Support Specialist will partner closely with customer-facing teams as well as Product and Engineering to ensure fast issue resolution, maintain accurate documentation, and support a seamless onboarding experience for customers. By delivering high-quality support and seamless client configurations, this role directly advances Wise's mission to provide a reliable, efficient experience for users.
