Your Role:
As a Junior Production Support Engineer you will work alongside experienced professionals, investigate technical incidents, and collaborate with different teams to identify solutions and improve system performance.
- Monitor application performance and investigate production incidents.
- Perform technical troubleshooting to identify and resolve application and system issues.
- Support the investigation of recurring incidents and contribute to identifying their root causes.
- Document and track problems, helping the team identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
- Reproduce reported issues in test environments and perform regression testing to verify fixes.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and other technical teams to maintain application stability and reliability.
- Work on a shift-based schedule and occasionally travel internationally to support our global clientele.
