(Senior) Manager AI & Data – Private

Help build our AI & Data business within Deloitte Private. Advise executives, translate AI opportunities into concrete business results, and lead transformations from strategy to implementation. - You will advise C-level executives on their strategic challenges and the opportunities that AI and data offer for growth, productivity and competitive advantage; - You will lead projects within the domain of Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, data and analytics, collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines and being responsible for planning, budgeting and delivering high-quality results; - You will identify new business opportunities and develop market propositions for our Private practice that help organizations realize their AI and data ambitions and gain competitive advantage; - You will facilitate commercial initiatives such as workshops, seminars and the development of white papers in which you substantiate the strategic value and impact of (Gen)AI and advanced automation. - You will coach and guide junior team members in their professional growth to promote their performance and personal development. You are an entrepreneurial consultant with strategic insight, commercial sense and strong substantive knowledge of AI & Data. You feel at home in the boardroom, but also know what is needed to successfully implement technology. Furthermore, as a (Senior) Manager Artificial Intelligence & Data, you have: - A completed master's degree, preferably in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related (STEM) study;  - Approximately 7–12+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, AI & Data or technology transformation; - Demonstrable experience in C-level advising and leading complex transformations from strategy to implementation; - Broad and in-depth knowledge of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, data platforms and data governance; - Strong business insight and the ability to translate technological possibilities into measurable business results; - Commercial experience with business development, customer relations and the development of new assignments; - An entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams; - Experience or a network within the Dutch Private market is an advantage; - Strong communication skills, an excellent command of written and spoken English and Dutch at a professional level.
