VP, Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Engineering based in the United States. Lead a high-impact engineering organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through technology, data science, and personalized care delivery. In this executive role, you will oversee three product engineering teams responsible for patient decisioning, engagement platforms, and care team productivity. You will shape the engineering strategy and roadmap in close partnership with Product, Clinical Operations, and other business leaders, ensuring technology translates into measurable improvements throughout the patient journey. As the organization expands into new markets and partnerships, you will build scalable systems, strengthen delivery practices, and develop the next generation of engineering leaders. You will balance technical innovation, operational priorities, patient experience, and regulatory requirements in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
