Sr Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant

Our partner is looking for a Sr Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant based in the United States. As a Senior Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant, you will oversee contingent workforce operations, helping clients secure qualified temporary and contract talent while optimizing service delivery, cost efficiency, and recruitment outcomes. You will lead and develop a small remote team, provide strategic guidance to hiring managers, and coordinate closely with suppliers, account managers, and other stakeholders. Combining workforce management expertise with strong client consultation skills, you will ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently and in line with program objectives. You will also monitor performance metrics, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvements across recruitment processes and supplier relationships.
