Senior Salesforce Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator based in the United States. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will lead the optimization, governance, and strategic evolution of an enterprise Salesforce environment supporting complex business operations. This senior-level role combines hands-on technical expertise with platform strategy, solution architecture, and team mentorship. You will design scalable solutions, strengthen data quality and security, and improve integrations across critical enterprise systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will turn business requirements into efficient workflows, actionable analytics, and a better user experience. You will also guide release management, drive automation, and explore emerging Salesforce AI capabilities to support continued innovation. Initially remote, this position is based around Austin, Texas, with an expectation of transitioning to a hybrid working arrangement in the future.
