Senior Engineering Consultant – Equity & BSA

Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineering Consultant – Equity & BSA based in the United States. As a Senior Engineering Consultant – Equity & BSA, you will lead complex commercial real estate due diligence assignments, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance across Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Equity assessments, and Building Systems Assessments (BSAs). You will serve as a trusted advisor to regional and national clients, helping them understand property conditions, evaluate risks, and make informed investment and capital planning decisions. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee technical reviews, develop project scopes, and ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality assessments aligned with industry standards. You will also mentor engineering and assessment professionals while managing complex client portfolios and multi-site programs. This senior-level role combines technical leadership, client relationship management, and business development in a remote working environment with opportunities for on-site visits. Your expertise will directly contribute to property risk management, investment decisions, and the long-term performance of commercial real estate assets.
