Proposal Manager

As a Proposal Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact proposal initiatives, overseeing the entire RFx lifecycle from initial requirements analysis to final submission. You will play a pivotal role in developing compelling, compliant, and strategically aligned proposals that support business growth, client retention, and new partnership opportunities. Working closely with sales, solution architecture, pricing, delivery, and subject matter experts, you will coordinate cross-functional contributions and ensure every submission meets client expectations and deadlines. You will transform complex service offerings into clear, persuasive, and customer-focused narratives that highlight business value and competitive differentiation. The role also involves optimizing proposal technology, maintaining a high-quality content repository, and leveraging approved AI tools to improve efficiency and content quality.
