Manager, Court Reporters

As Manager, Court Reporters, you will oversee daily team performance, assignment readiness, workflow compliance, and transcript delivery to ensure consistently high-quality service. You will serve as a key point of contact for court reporters, providing hands-on coaching, operational guidance, and technical support. Working closely with Scheduling, Operations, Production, and Talent Acquisition, you will help maintain reliable coverage and efficient deposition workflows. Your leadership will contribute to professional development, quality assurance, and a positive experience for both reporters and clients. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen team performance, and support the successful integration of new hires.
