Manager - Contracting

The Manager - Contracting will lead provider recruitment, contract negotiations, and network development to support the growth and performance of a healthcare delivery network. This role oversees the full contracting lifecycle for primary care physicians, specialists, and ancillary providers, ensuring agreements align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and market needs. You will build strong provider partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand network coverage, improve access to care, and optimize existing provider relationships. Working cross-functionally with legal, credentialing, provider relations, and operational teams, you will ensure contracts are executed accurately and efficiently. The position combines strategic negotiation, healthcare network management, performance analysis, and project leadership in a collaborative, value-based care environment.
