Lead Front-end Developer - E-commerce

The Lead Front-End Developer will drive the architecture and delivery of high-performance e-commerce web applications, with a primary focus on creating seamless online shopping experiences. You will lead a remote team of front-end developers, combining technical leadership with hands-on development using React and Next.js. Working closely with design, product, back-end engineering, and QA teams, you will build scalable, accessible, and responsive digital experiences. You will also shape front-end standards, optimize website performance, and use A/B testing to improve customer engagement and conversion.
