Head of Research Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Research Operations based in the United States. The Head of Research Operations will lead and scale a multidisciplinary research operations function responsible for programming, fieldwork, data quality assurance, and vendor management. This senior leadership role will shape the strategy, operating model, and processes that enable fast, reliable, and high-quality consumer research. You will manage an offshore team of approximately 10 professionals while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and go-to-market leaders. A central priority will be to use automation and AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, improve research delivery, and increase operational efficiency. You will also expand audience reach and research capabilities while optimizing costs and strengthening customer outcomes.
