Our partner is looking for a Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager (Spanish) based in the United States. The Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager will lead enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and deployments, ensuring solutions align with business needs and organizational objectives. This remote role combines project management expertise, functional platform knowledge, and cross-functional leadership to deliver successful IT service management initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership, translating requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. The position involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources while guiding teams through Agile delivery practices. You will also oversee testing, training, change management, and continuous process improvement to maximize platform value. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for collaborating with stakeholders across different locations, and candidates must currently reside in the United States or Mexico City, Mexico.
