We are seeking a bilingual Registered Nurse to provide accurate, reliable, and science-based health information through a national public health contact center supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to address health-related inquiries from the public, healthcare providers, educators, and public health professionals in both English and Spanish. You will conduct research, navigate approved medical resources, and deliver clear, professional responses across phone, email, and chat channels. Working in a fast-paced, remote contact center environment, you will help ensure that individuals receive consistent, up-to-date information on a wide range of public health topics. Your clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to quality will contribute to informed decision-making and improved access to trusted health information.
