Associate General Counsel

The Associate General Counsel will serve as a senior legal advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership, providing business-focused counsel across employment law, litigation, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management. This leadership role combines complex legal analysis with operational decision-making to protect the organization while supporting its continued growth and mission. The successful candidate will oversee litigation strategy, manage external counsel, and guide workforce-related legal matters while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working cross-functionally with Human Resources, Compliance, Finance, and Operations, the Associate General Counsel will help translate legal complexities into practical business solutions. The role also includes supervising legal professionals, strengthening internal processes, and improving the efficiency of the legal function.
