Analyst - QA

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to monitor operational performance, strengthen compliance, and drive continuous improvement across business processes. In this role, you will conduct quality audits, evaluate performance data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with operational leaders, training teams, and support staff to maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. Your analytical insights will help identify performance gaps, reduce operational risks, and support informed decision-making. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will contribute to quality improvement initiatives and help maintain consistent performance across project operations.
